Han Changfu came to Wuqing District and Dongli District.He went into greenhouses, solar greenhouses and fields, and talked with enterprise leaders, grass-roots cadres and scientific and technological personnel to understand the situation of agricultural water-saving, urban modern agricultural development and small town construction. In recent years, Tianjin's urban modern agriculture has developed rapidly, especially in the development of facility vegetable cultivation and seed industry. He was very pleased to hear that the market share of cucumber varieties cultivated by Tianjin Academy of Agricultural Sciences was high and the technology of celery varieties was leading. He encouraged scientific researchers to persist in independent innovation, cultivate more vegetable varieties suitable for planting in China, and build the Academy of Agricultural Sciences into a scientific research, training, exhibition,A base for promotion and operation. Tianjin is a severe resource-based water shortage area.In recent years, the application of water-saving technology has been promoted through the implementation of farmland water-saving demonstration area construction and dry farming water-saving projects. Han Changfu came to the demonstration area of big bore water-saving irrigation project in Yanggeda Village, Baigutun Town, Wuqing District, went into the wheat field, inspected the growth of seedlings on the spot, understood the use of water-saving agricultural facilities, and studied w ith grass-roots cadres how to enhance farmers'awareness of water-saving. He also came to the North Spring Facility Agricultural Park in Gaocun Town, Wuqing District to learn about the development of water and fertilizer integration.He pointed out that with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization and the intensification of global climate change, agricultural development will face long-term water shortage constraints. We should comprehensively use engineering, agronomy, biology, management and other measures to speed up technology integration, vigorously develop water-saving agriculture, explore the establishment of agricultural water-saving system, and promote sustainable agricultural development.   Han Changfu also came to Huaming Demonstration Town in Dongli District for investigation. Huaming Demonstration Town takes the construction of small towns as the lead, and integrates rural residential communities, demonstration industrial parks,The "three zones" of the agricultural industrial park are coordinated and developed. He went into Huaming Homestead Reclamation Facility Agriculture Demonstration Park to learn about the use of reclaimed land to develop facility agriculture in the demonstration park. In Tianjin Binhai International Flower Science and Technology Park, intelligent greenhouses can not be seen at a glance. He appreciated the practice of automatic tidal irrigation in greenhouses and encouraged technicians to build science and technology parks according to the standards of scale first, standard first and benefit first. Han Changfu affirmed Huaming Demonstration Town's practice of bringing farmers'funds, assets and resources into cities and towns.
